Working at our Worcester site, we are looking for an ambitious individual to take on this dual role responsible for leading and developing our Internal Pricing function as well as supporting the existing internal sales team with customer account management.

Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for forming costings, pricing and tenders through our in-house costing system
  • Work closely with external sales team to prepare final tender documentation
  • Liaise with Finance, Production & Materials to maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the costing system
  • Liaise with relevant departments on new specification builds and inputting into the costing system
  • Lead the tender review meetings to ensure full details are in receipt prior to cost build
  • Supporting the internal sales team & provide relevant cover
  • Obtain orders from new and existing customers
  • Proactively drive additional volume
  • Responsible for stock control and payment management
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Generate reports for management

Qualifications

  • Experience of working within MS Office suite with excel / different costing software being key
  • Experience of working within sales and customer service environment
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to connect to a diverse customer portfolio
  • Accuracy & attention to detail is key
  • Ability to multi task
